What to Expect with your Sprint Upgrade process
After you complete the transaction, we will check with Sprint to confirm your eligibility for an upgrade. Order Assembly and Testing. Our distribution center staff selects the items you have ordered from inventory. For all cell phone activations, we physically open the box, and we use test batteries to power up the cell phone and ensure that everything is functioning as it should. Shipping Preparation. Once your purchase is ready for packaging, trained warehouse staff carefully packs your order and passes it on to our Quality Assurance team which re-scans each cell phone and accessory to ensure that your order is complete. Shipped. Upgrades are shipped via FedEx based on the shipping preferences you selected when you placed your order. If you selected 2nd business day delivery, your order will arrive within 2 business days of the ship date. If you selected next business day delivery, your order will arrive within 1 business day of the ship date. You can track the status of your delivery via the FedEx site. For your security, FedEx may require a signature at time of delivery. If nobody is available to receive the package, the driver may leave a slip that you can sign to allow delivery without a signature. |
