requirements before selecting one of the utilities above:
- Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher installed on
your computer
- If using a
USB Data Cable your computer
operating system should be: Windows 98 SE™, 2000™, ME™, and XP™
- If using an RS232 Data Cable: your computer
operating system should be: Windows 98™, NT 4.0, 2000™, ME™ and XP™

Apps Application, you will require a Data Cable. Click

Please note that only Java-enabled phones may use Download
Apps. To determine if your phone is Java-enabled, see the
list of phones on this page that may download the Download
Apps Utility. Download Apps also requires that you are
signed up for a wireless web plan. Please contact your
