6. CheapCellphones.Com does not guarantee continued availability, nor can it be deemed responsible should an item become unexpectedly out of stock. Purchases shall be considered valid and effective only when they are processed by one of our suppliers, advertisers or vendor's computer systems and the payment method has been authorized by the purchasers bank.
