From the moment you hit “Submit” to place your order, processing your order
quickly is our number one priority. We will send you e-mail updates throughout

here on our Customer Support site. It is important that you check your email and
this site often during the first 48 hours in case we need your assistance in
completing your order.
The first thing we do is send your order to the
carrier you selected for approval. Often this is a quick process and we hear
back within an hour or so. Sometimes it can take longer depending on when you
placed your order, how busy the carrier is, or if they have additional
questions. If the carrier needs additional information or needs to verify
something, you will receive an e-mail from us. It is important that you check
your email and this site often in the first 48 hours so your order isn’t
unnecessarily delayed. Once your order has been approved by the carrier, we will
send you an email and your status on this site will change to “Approved” as we
begin the activation process.
All phones are inspected before they are
shipped. Some phones are programmed and activated right on our line; while
others are activated after you receive your phone. If your phone is shipped
unactivated, detailed information on completing your activation will be included
in your shipment. It is important that you don’t call the carrier or go to a
retail store for assistance without talking to us first.
After your
phone has been inspected and packaged for shipping, we will send you another
email and your status will change to shipping. Once your package is sealed and
your shipping label is printed you will receive another email with the FedEx
tracking number and a link to their site where you can track the delivery of
your phone. If you go to the FedEx website to track your delivery before the
shipper picks up your package, your order may not be found in their system,
please give it a few hours to update as they pick up from our facility several
times a day.
For your protection, a signature may be required upon
delivery. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign for the
package, the driver may leave a slip that you can sign to authorize the driver
to leave the package without a signature. This is just like signing for the
package directly, so please be sure that you intend the driver to leave it.
