How do I place an order??
CheapCellphones.com items are sold in a shopping cart format. This means that after you register, you simply
go to the item you wish to purchase and click the  Button. The item will then
automically be placed in your "Shopping Cart" and then you can continue to shop. After selecting
the items you wish to purchase, simply click the  button and your order will then appear
on your computer screen. After reviewing and verifying the order, you would re-confirm the purchase.
After re-confirming the purchase you will be sent an e-mail which will serve as your order confirmation.
In order to purchase an item CheapCellphones.com, you'll need
a login name and password . If you don't have one yet, feel free to register a new account now.
After that, it's easy. Just browse to the item you want, specify the quantity you desire, put it in your shopping
cart. When you "Check Out" by hitting the button, you will then be prompted for
your login name and password (remember it is cAse SensITivE). Then simply hit the submit button and follow
the online instructions

the check, along with the banks name and address. Orders paid by check will take much longer to ship as they
will need to be received and cleared before the order is processed and shipped.

for Overnight Delivery . Normal order processing time is 1-2 days. However, due to circumstances beyond
our control such as product availability, order processing, credit card authentication delays etc, the time to
receive your order might vary. In addition, if you select next day delivery, you might not receive your order
for upto 3-4 days. We will do everything in our power to try to get orders out the same day we receive them.

What is your Backorder Policy?
If one of the products you order is out-of-stock, discontinued or yet to be released, we will send you an e-mail
informing you of when we expect the product to become available. You will then become one of the first purchasers
to receive the item when we receive it.
If you would like to cancel the order instead, simply e-mail us at sales@CheapCellphones.com, with the order number and we will cancel the order immediately.
CheapCellphones.com will NOT charge your credit card for backordered items until we actually ship the product.
Return Policy:

RETURNING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: REPLACEMENTS
If you have purchased an item and it its DEFECTIVE, you may request a Replacement only. To apply for a replacement

defective unit back from you. If we did credit your card prior to receiving the item we would have no guarantee
that we would ever receive the unit back from our customers.
If you need the item immediately, we can charge you for the replacement item, ship it out immediately, and then
credit your credit card the replacement charge when we receive the defective unit back from you. It's your choice.
